TWO TIMES THE FUN
Last year when we got our two mares bred I would have never thought they would deliver on the same night. This morning when I showed up to feed we had 2 new babies. Yea. It was a little confusing at first trying to figure out which filly belonged to which mare. It was a bad idea, I have figured out, having them in the pasture together. Both fillies were nursing off of one mare this morning and one filly's ear was chewed up and bleeding. I figured out that that filly must have been chewed on by the non-mother mare. Tonight all seems well though.
Once again I have no idea what order these pictures will be in. I really could use some technical support here.
Oh yea, the big blue stud(literally) is the dad to these two beauties. He's a shire and I absolutely love him. J.C. has wanted half drafts to use when he goes hunting so we bred our 2 quarter horse mares to him. I have visions of loping him bareback along a beach somewhere. I know that sounds korny, but couldn't you just see his beautiful mane blowing in the wind.

Your family has grown! Wow, I cannot believe they both delivered on the exact same day either! What are the chances?! They are beautiful babies and the daddy is quite regal himself. I can envision you on that beach with his mane flowing in the wind and you laughing all the way......:)
What a STUD!!! You find a beach and I'll bring the horse. And--I would really like copies of those pictures of Big Mac, they are so good! Congrats on the babies! Sorry I didn't climb the fence to better inspect them I thought I was going to die from a cerebral hemmorage (sp).
I love your stud, what a looker wow!! Your babies are going to be absolutely beautiful. It will interesting to see how they turn out for riding? Just so you know anyone who loves horse probably has that same dream of running on a beach with there horse, I know I would love to do that.
How fun!! New babies are always fun. Two on the same night that is so crazy. I bet they will be great for what you have bred them for. BIG and very STRONG. I can just see it now, you running along the beach on the back of that big horse. Just don't fall off because you would have to be riding bareback of course. Ha, Ha!!!!
